發動機螺栓應變計檢測標定
螺栓應變計一款用于螺栓軸向應變測試的傳感器。在螺栓的角帽中心打一個直徑很小的盲孔，在孔內安裝埋入式應變計，經封膠固化等處理后，放在拉壓力試驗機_上進行標定，即給出螺栓所受軸向力和軸向應變的關系。
標定過程
標定曲線：
經過標定以后，既可以得到螺栓軸向應變和螺栓軸向力的的關系，客戶可以將標定好的應變計安裝在被測結構上，加上載荷后通過應變計采集螺栓的軸向應變值，根據標定文件將應變換算成螺栓當時所受的軸向力。
供貨方式：
